Cancellation Policy
At Mowgli’s Adventures, we understand that plans can change. Because we operate in the wild and often have limited daily permits and vehicle space, we rely on a clear cancellation policy to keep our operations running smoothly. 1. Standard Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund rates apply based on when we receive your written notice: 7 Days or More Prior to Arrival: 100% refund of the total booking amount. 3 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount. Day Before or Day of Arrival: No refund will be issued. 2. Special Exceptions We know that life doesn't always go as planned. We will consider a full or partial refund outside of the standard windows in the following cases: Medical Emergencies: If you are unable to travel due to a valid medical reason (valid medical certificate or proof required). Force Majeure: This includes natural disasters, war, or government-mandated travel restrictions that make the trip impossible. Park Closures: If the National Park or route is closed by authorities for safety reasons and we cannot offer an alternative. 3. Refunds for Entrance Fees Please note that certain entrance fees or permits (such as SANParks conservation fees) may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions. If we have already purchased these on your behalf, we will only be able to refund them if the park authorities allow for a reversal. 4. Changes to Your Booking If you’d like to move your date rather than cancel, please let us know. We will always try to accommodate a change of plans at no extra cost, provided we have the vehicle availability and it falls outside the 3-day window.
