1. Who Can Use This Website

To book a service through this website, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By using this site, you warrant that all information provided by you is true and accurate.

2. Our Services & Booking

We offer guided safaris, Panorama Route tours, vehicle rentals, and transfers.

Bookings: A booking is only confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation.
Changes to Offerings: The bush is unpredictable. We reserve the right to change our routes, vehicles, or itineraries without prior notice if weather, road conditions, or safety concerns make it necessary.
Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked in.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via [Secure Online Payment Gateway/EFT/Credit Card]. Your booking is subject to the payment terms discussed at the time of reservation.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this website, the text, the photos of the Lowveld, our logo, and the stories we share is the property of Mowgli’s Adventures or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. We put a lot of heart into our "real stories," and we appreciate you respecting that.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional experience, nature is inherently wild.

Warranties: We provide our website and services "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding sightings of specific animals or specific weather conditions.
Liability: Mowgli’s Adventures, its owners, and guides shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained during a tour or while using our website, except in cases of proven gross negligence as defined by South African law.

6. Suspension of Use

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our website for anyone who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or displays behavior that threatens the safety of our guides, guests, or the wildlife we protect.

7. Indemnity

By booking with us, you agree to indemnify Mowgli’s Adventures against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your actions while on a guided tour.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
